Services are provided pursuant to a separate written engagement letter or service agreement executed between the Company and each Client.

3. No Professional-Client Relationship via Website

Use of this Site, submission of a contact form, or scheduling a consultation does not create a CPA-client, accountant-client, or attorney-client relationship. A professional relationship is established only upon execution of a written engagement letter signed by an authorized representative of L&L Secured Financial.
